My Goal/Workout

   
 My goal for this year is to improve my effort and try and bring my effort from TaeKwonDo into gym class everyday. Also I wanna get to black belt also. I have picked a work out that I wanna do to help me. I wanna improve my legs so it can help me in TaeKwonDo.
