Over all this year has been fun and some what a challenge for at some parts.   my goal this year is to push my self in fitness and not once the is year i diden't do fitness even if I disliked  the activity. My fav fitness day would have to be 30 secs off 30 secs on.   [ video of shabnum and me doing the activity]  * srry for bad video quality* .   The one time we did the relay around pond with the beanbags i rlly pushed my self my throat was dry and killing me while my legs were num.  *did that with brittnay*
How i as myself interact is fun and happy towards others sometimes silly.  The days i struggle the most is the community run. Because i don't properly pace myself.  I really reflect on my best friends brittnay because she pushes her self all the time every day.  Give her credits for that.   I would give my self an over all mark of c+.

  1. Congrats on your Woo Kim report card and belt! In class this year I think you are beginning to understand my concern. You forget your "job" and spend entire periods talking and avoiding participation. Then on another day you will try and finish with a red face. Imagine if you were that undisciplined at Woo Kim? I think if you bring some of the focus and self control you are learning from martial arts to class you will find yourself much more consistent and successful. Keep smiling and having fun, just make sure your energy is directed at improving class not taking away from it. :) Have a good summer.
