My TaeKwondo

So here is some pics of my FAV TaeKwondo buddy NIMRIT and I. I came to love what i do which is TaeKwondo. I remember when my mom just signed me up and i had no choice but to go. I wanna thank my TaeKwondo master Jeff for getting me this far if it wasn't for him i don't know what i would do. I learn so many life skills from Master Jeff it helps me in the littlest situation. With Nimrit on my side i don't know what i would do with out her. I also wanna thank my parents for putting money out for TaeKwondo. Thank you all

personalized work out and self evaluation

This is my personalized work out for gym. Since I'm trying to improve my flexibility this perfect for it, my Taekwondo buddie Nimrit is on my side doing this with me thx Nimrit. For my self evaluation I would give my self a (G) out of (N,S,G). Here is my link video for my work out.

Well this video was taken awhile back, but this is when i was taking off my green belt and getting my blue stripe ya! On december 14 i will be getting my blue belt half way to black.

Sparing classes?

Well it's almost that time of the year another TaeKwondo test is coming up ya! And even better i'm starting sparing too *double the butt kicking*.  Since there is sparing in the tests now might as well take sparing classes on friday 5-6pm. I know one of my friends goes, from band class last year awesome.

Fitness

So I have fitness today and I'm kinda of sick but still going 
To work my butt off and in the progress of looking for a flexible work out to improve on my flexibility.

Over all this year has been fun and some what a challenge for at some parts.   my goal this year is to push my self in fitness and not once the is year i diden't do fitness even if I disliked  the activity. My fav fitness day would have to be 30 secs off 30 secs on.   [ video of shabnum and me doing the activity]  * srry for bad video quality* .   The one time we did the relay around pond with the beanbags i rlly pushed my self my throat was dry and killing me while my legs were num.  *did that with brittnay*
How i as myself interact is fun and happy towards others sometimes silly.  The days i struggle the most is the community run. Because i don't properly pace myself.  I really reflect on my best friends brittnay because she pushes her self all the time every day.  Give her credits for that.   I would give my self an over all mark of c+.  
Last weekend i had my tae kwon do test for my green belt.  I achieved my gaol by getting almost all A's on my report card pics below. Here's a video of my board breaking and pictures of my report card and certificate.
