Today we did the wonderful fitness test......hahaha (Sarcasm)

T-Test: 23 secs
Sit and Reach: Finger tips
Max Vertical: Did not do it
Board Touches: 13


Had fun over all and plus it's Friday.

My Goal/Workout

   
 My goal for this year is to improve my effort and try and bring my effort from TaeKwonDo into gym class everyday. Also I wanna get to black belt also. I have picked a work out that I wanna do to help me. I wanna improve my legs so it can help me in TaeKwonDo.
