Fitness

So I have fitness today and I'm kinda of sick but still going 
To work my butt off and in the progress of looking for a flexible work out to improve on my flexibility.

My goal for my work out is to be more flexible. I wanna be able to do the full splits and improve my kicks for board breaking.
